Rev. Dr. Ruby McMillian Th.D. was born in  Greenville, Ala. She was reared in southern and northern California . Upon the sudden death of her mother, she was taken to Brewton, Alabama where she was cared for by her maternal grandmother. This is where she was introduced to Christ and was taught her core values as a Believer in the Triumph The Church and  Kingdom Of God In Christ. 

Since her call into Ministry in 1985, this visionary has been consistent in the "Ministry of Helps."  Over the past 30 years, her work has also included;  two state certified specialized Facilities called “The Amend Facilities in El Sobrante, California and “The Restoration Life Center”, in Hercules, CA, 

In Sept. 2001, Dr. Ruby relocated from the San Francisco Bay area to Mobile, AL, where she founded and planted “The Common Touch, Inc.", a 501-(c) 3 Non-Profit Corporation.

Her educational accomplishments includes:

•Bryman Medical School, 1981 as a Certified Medical Assistant

• Allen Temple Leadership Institute; Certificate of Christian Leadership 2000

• E.C. Reems Bible Institute; 1994 Associated Degree in Evangelism

• Covington Theological Seminary; 2002 - 2005, Bachelor and Masters in Pastoral Studies

• Mississippi Missionary Bible Institute & Seminary; 2017,  Doctorate of Theology with an 

    concentration on Biblical Health. The only woman to receive this degree.
